EMERGENCY SITUATION ON THE LINK ROAD TO HEZEKIAH UNIVERSITY NKWERRE.. The greatest good that was done to Nkwerre community by an Nkwerre son that will benefit the entire community is Hezekiah University.
Apart from major developments during the era of late Francis Ihekwaba(Mayor ) and his group that saw verifiable schools,town halls,churches,post offices and social developments in Nkwerre,nothing much generic can be said to be done by the presently political led Nkwerre political class.
Look at the present political generation of CHIEF CHIBUIKE ACHIGBU( AKASHA),CHIEF REX ANUNOBI( SOKOM),SIR NNAMDI ANYAEHIE and most annoying is our sons that held our Executive/legislative mandates from 1999 till date that has nothing tangible to offer the community than self and friends namely..DR AMAEFULE,NZE CHIDI ECHEFU,HON.CHIDI NWOGU,HON.OBINNA OKWARA,and presently ENGR.CHIKA MADUMERE...It is worthy of note that DADDY HEZEKIAH our son from Umugara Nkwerre that founded a University in Nkwerre single handedly was not given any political mandate for him to place Nkwerre in the global academic map...Yesterday our local correspondence decried of the emergency situation of the link road between the University and our neighbouring community towards Okwelle..it was gathered that presently that road is not in use.We all should recall the economic importance of that road and all hands should be on to ensure the PERMANENT restoration of this link road urgently.
