Imo Politics: Do You Know...

At yesterday's FAAC meeting, Imo State got a total of about N4.8billion as July allocation. This is the least for a long long time.

The reason is because pipeline vandalism has resumed.

Last month Imo got nearly N8billion and bailout of additional N9billion.

But do you know.........

Do you know that from May 29, 2011 to date,  Imo State has received  over 700 billion Naira from the Federation Account  Allocation Committee (FAAC).

Do you know that the 700 billion Naira does not include the 39 billion Naira"bail out funds" 

Do you know that Imo State IGR stands at approximately 2 billion Naira per month, that's over 70 billion Naira already.

Do you know that Imo State has received over 100 billion in ecological funds since January 2012

Do you know that IMO State has accumulated a debt of approximately One Billion Dollars since January 2012

Do you know that the present government of Rochas Okorocha has not invested any part of the resources received from FAAC, Accumulated Debt, IGR etc in any productive venture in Imo State

Do you know that five oil companies operate in Imo State without any significant operational base

Do you know these companies pay as much as 200 million dollars to the state annually,

Now that you know all these,  what can you contribute to ensure that no person is imposed on Imo people in 2019 who will protect the of the brazen looting of Imo treasury and resources by the present Governor.

The strength of the oppressor lies only in the ignorance of the oppressed.

Now that you know, the least you can do is to tell others and resolve that Rochas will never be allowed to succeed himself using Uche Nwosu.
