Abuja is what it is today because of the way El-rufai did his work (without fear or favour). Owelle is building the Imo State of tomorrow. With a state capital that is capable of competing with any city in the world. Owelle has shown a strong will which his predecessors lacked, or were afraid of 'agbárã' to do. However, most of the leaders whose names are indelible in the history of the world are those who took risks to show will and dared even the gods.
