During the late hours of today
25/8/2017, the Ekeukwu market was set ablaze by some owerri youths refusing to leave the market.
This is to the 48hour order and planned forceful relocation of Ekeukwu Owerri Market by the Imo State government tomorrow, Saturday August 26, 2017.
