Owelle Rochas Okorocha Set To Change The Lives Of Five Street Hawkers From Each State Of The Federation
The Hero,Commander of Free Education in African,defender of the downtrodden and governor of IMO State,Dr Owelle Rochas Okorocha,has perfected plans to empower five(5) Street hawkers from each state of the federal republic of Nigeria to mark his 55 birthday come September 22, 2017.
This is to further express his love and give hope to the hopeless.
Owelle Rochas Okorocha is a God sent to humanity
